What Type of Workout You Can Expect:
  • Research, resolve, and respond to end-user issues/problems received via our supporting tools.
  • Validate steps to reproduce customer’s concern to confirm application behavior and conduct preliminary review of console and logs to identify potential cause.
  • Ask clarifying questions to determine the nature of the problem and to be able to provide a solution.
  • Follow existing processes to document and report issues/feedback to the product & engineering team.
  • Prioritize, answer, and implement solutions for customers.
  • Participate in testing of new and updated products and provide feedback.
  • Walk customers through problem-solving processes and consult on workflow best practices.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience - Software support/SaaS.
  • Being able to understand technical issues and patterns to have a detailed handover to the product & engineering team
  • Familiarity with native apps (e.g. Mobile, TV)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk + JIRA).
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication, as well as strong listening skills.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g. Engineering, Product).
  • Exhibit above average reasoning ability by clearly defining problems, analyzing data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
  • You are a true problem solver and have the ability to solve difficult issues with little supervision.
  • Excellent German and English skills

  2. Let’s bump up the intensity: If you’ve got what it takes, we’ll send you a work-related task to dive deeper into a specific topic. 
  3. Keep going strong: If you nail the task, we’ll schedule an interview with the team lead to discuss your assignment and dive deeper into the topic. 
  4. Your last rep: Once you’ve wowed us with your strength and endurance, we’ll schedule a team interview so you can meet our amazing colleagues.
