Help us to keep improving our projects and bring them to the next level, establishing new services by using modern approaches and following programming standards to fulfill the requirements of our multi-platform applications. Rebuild old concepts, translate them to well-known programming patterns, and transparent and maintainable business logic.

I, Alejandro, will be your future lead. It’s very nice to meet you! As part of the Product and Engineering team, my job will be to enable you to unlock your full potential and take our services and platforms to the next level. Working together we’ll mentor other engineers, define best practices, assign priorities and consult all the stakeholders involved in the development of amazing new features and capabilities for our customers.

I, Alice, will be your recruiter manager. My priority is to provide you with open and continuous communication so you are aware at every moment of the status of your application. I will be on your side during the whole process and will try to give you as many insights as possible and be your contact person for any questions or concerns you may have on the road with us

What You’ll Bring to the Team

You have 6+ years of professional experience with backend focused full-stack development, contributing to microservice architectures (design patterns, reliability, scaling, and stateless applications), considering design patterns and best practices (event-driven systems, clean architecture, backend for frontend), and designing REST APIs following open spec standards
Deep experience in Golang and Gin-Gonic
(Nice to haves: JVM languages (Kotlin / Java), JS/TS and frameworks Ktor, Spring, Node.js)
Ability to design proof of concepts and prototypes and standardized coding practices: peer code reviews, unit testing, and agile development
Ability to communicate openly and clearly with the whole Product & Engineering team and additional stakeholders
Being a Senior means being a leader in your area of expertise. We need you to promote good relationships in your guild and be a mentor and sparring partner for more junior engineers
